Returns & refunds

The 30-day window

Purchases made through our retail partners can normally be returned within 30 days of delivery. The return is opened directly in the partner account where the order was placed — that account holds the receipt, the label and the refund rails.

Condition guidelines

• Items should come back unused, in original packaging where possible.
• For hygiene reasons, teethers and feeding items that have been mouthed or used are generally not resellable; partners may decline such returns unless the item is defective.
• Gift-box sets are best returned complete, with all pieces inside.

Refund timing

Once the parcel reaches the partner warehouse, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or incorrect items

If a piece arrives damaged or does not match the listing, report it through the partner order page right away — photos speed the resolution, and replacements are usually shipped without a second charge.
